Vetted-cohort matchmaking for DoD and SOF small business. The system pairs you with the right teaming partners and joint-venture candidates by business archetype, growth posture, goals, and the capability gaps that complement yours. The room you want to be in, with the people who can actually fill the gaps you have.

GovCon, no matter how advanced technology gets,
is still a very human experience.
FORGE requires a TALON readiness score of 85% or better. You don't buy a separate TALON evaluation. When you apply to FORGE, we run the evaluation as part of intake to qualify you.
You don't see the results. The score is how we vet, not how we sell. If you want the full report, that's a separate TALON Take-Out. Either way, every business in the room has earned the seat.
Archetype matching is the core of FORGE. No NAICS bingo. No LinkedIn cold-DMs. The system reads your real posture and pairs you with companies whose gaps complement yours for teaming and joint ventures.
Take the quiz. We classify your company by mission posture, growth stage, and how you actually win work. Not the codes you registered for.
Where you are in your growth, what you are pursuing next, and the contracts you are realistically positioned to win. We pair on where you actually compete, not where you wish you did.
What you need a teammate for. Pair-up suggestions surface within minutes of your profile going live.
Service-provider matching is a separate add-on. Toggle it on and FORGE surfaces a vetted bench of companies trusted in the community to handle the work small businesses can't do alone. Toggle it off and you only see teaming and JV matches. Your call, anytime.
Note. Archetype matching for teaming and joint ventures is core to FORGE. Service-provider matching is the optional layer on top.

Categories grow as members vouch. If you need it, ask. We probably know someone real.
Providers are recommended in, not paid in. Every directory entry has been used by a FORGE member who vouched for the work.
FORGE works because the room is curated. Each member can invite up to 3 companies they trust. Every applicant gets reviewed against the same criteria. We hold the line so the matches stay valuable.
Either currently performing, currently pursuing, or transitioning in. We want active participants, not curious onlookers.
You can articulate your archetype, your set-asides, your growth posture, and the kind of teammates or providers you need.
Real registrations, real past performance (or a real plan), real points of contact. We verify before you're listed.
A referral from a current FORGE member, a documented prior teaming relationship, or evidence of standing in the SOF/DoD small-business community.
FORGE only works if members show up. You agree to keep your profile current, respond to matches in a reasonable window, and play straight with the people you pair with.
No body-shops harvesting talent. No vanity primes looking for free sub work. No lead-generators. We reject more than we accept, on purpose.
FORGE only works if the room trusts it. That means the details you share for matching stay private by default. You decide who sees what, when, and at which step of the introduction.
Choose what other members can see about your business and which matching credentials are visible. Show more for warmer matches. Show less and stay quiet until a fit appears. Toggle it at any time.
The signals we use to match (archetype, growth posture, capability gaps, set-asides) are held privately and only used to surface compatible pairs. They are not shared with other members until you accept an introduction.
Service providers in the optional add-on bench only see their own profile settings. They do not see what businesses are in FORGE. They do not get a list of members. They are accessible to you, not the other way around.
Not to vendors. Not to data brokers. Not to recruiters. The information you give us to find the right room stays inside that room.
We're looking for serious businesses to pilot FORGE. If you're accepted at SOF Week, you lock in the founders rate for life, get your first month free for opting into the feedback loop, up to 10 targeted matches during the pilot, and 3 invitations to bring businesses you trust along with you.
Founders pricing is one-way. If service lapses, you re-enter at the current market rate. This is the deal businesses who go first get.
PROD X is built for small business, by small business. The pilot rate isn't a bait-and-switch. It's a marker. We don't believe in price-gouging the businesses who make this industry work. Pricing stays accessible after launch. Founders keep their rate forever. The platform you helped pilot will still be the one you can afford to use ten years from now.
